Wisconsin’s Abortion Law is Likely to be Heard by the Wisconsin Supreme Court

In Wisconsin, current law on abortion was adopted in 1849 and it makes abortion illegal in nearly every case. Recently, the Wisconsin Department of Justice filed a lawsuit that challenges the legality of this ban. The Wisconsin Supreme Court could rule on this case sometime in the next year.
